Notorious for loving Champagne. Sucker for a good quote. Wearing my heart on my sleeve and my face. Loving anything antique and vintage. Movie obsessed. Overusing the word shit. Preferring rainy days. Knowing pointless celebrity facts. Avid book reading. My dance moves. Breaking out in a New Yorker accent at the drop of a hat.
Here’s the 411 about working with me. I am a designer, illustrator, calligraphy, stationer, and artist all rolled into one human. I have been classically trained on how not to put the text so damn close to the edge of the paper along with how to draw naked people. I’m like a triple threat artist but better and here is the other thing…I love making new friends and not just in public restrooms. I love to laugh, be funny, and create a comfortable experience, for my clients as well as hopefully making a new friend.
In all seriousness, I have an eye for design and love experimenting with new things while honoring the vintage and traditional. I am here to help create a vibe for your wedding day through thoughtful and meaningful wedding stationery designs where I can combine my many talents to create one-of-a-kind suites, day of pieces, or fine-tune one of our predesigned suites to best fit your vibe. I want to tell your story through my designs.
Years ago I designed my first invitation.
SOME FUN FACTS
Years ago I graduated from Moore College of Art and Design
The number of times I have been in Scotland.
Number of people I had at my intimate wedding.
I met Michael long before we dated and long before I ate ice cream in bed every night... There was always this unexplained force between us. Our eyes would lock and no one else mattered but we remained friends for years. After many years of him chasing me, and the timing never being right, I finally gave in to going on a date to Applebees. (Siri play Fancy Like by Walker Hayes.) Fast forward 9 years later and here we are married with a tiny human named Walker (My Walker came before Fancy Like.) and a doggie named Emma.

The energy that comes with an engagement is electrifying. You suddenly start thinking about your secret wedding Pinterest board and if your favorite wedding venue is available or if you will find a good number sequence for your wedding date. The process is overwhelming. Some love it and others, like me, don’t love it. The quick realization that you might have to wait 2+ years to get married is crushing. You might ask yourself: Why do I have to wait that long to marry the love of my life? The answer: You don’t.
My wedding went from 200+ people with booked vendors, having to wait almost 2 years, to cancelling almost all vendors, changing location, deciding on an intimate ceremony, and a celebration after with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. It’s not always easier to go smaller however what mattered was that Michael and I were finally true to ourselves. You have my full acceptance to do things your own way. I come with all the support in tow. How ever you want to celebrate your marriage and wedding I am down for it!
Lauren Pittman -Dana for sure is the best in the business. She took my inspiration and made one of a kind pieces for my wedding that included save the dates, full invitation suite, custom return address stamp, mirror seating chart, signature cocktail sign and table numbers. She had also designed my bridal shower invites which were beyond perfect as well! Everything she creates is so thought out from beginning to end to really bring every bride's vision and dreams to life. I couldn't have asked for more perfect pieces for our special day! Not only is she beyond talented but is the sweetest person in the world. 100000% recommend!
