Q: Do you offer custom wedding initiations?
A: At this time, I will no longer be offering custom wedding invitation. I have created the invitation suites in The Collection to serve as templates to build upon and create a suite unique to any couple!
Q: Do you offer envelope addressing?
A: No. I no longer offer this service a la carte. It is only available if you are purchasing a predesigned suite from our Collection.
Q: Do you offer invitation designs as a digital file so I can print on my own?
A: No. I used to do this; however, I no longer offer this option. There are wonderful designers who do it, but it isn’t cost effective for my business.
Q: Do you offer custom artwork if I only want a digital print?
A: No. I used to do this, and as much as I would love to keep doing it, you would still end up paying for the custom artwork because I would still be doing the work just only providing a digital file. You are only eliminating the printing cost.
Q: If I provide you an image of exactly what I want, can you recreate the exact same thing?
A: Absolutely not. If you provide an image of an invitation you love, then you should buy it from that designer. I will not copy another designer’s work. You can provide images you love for inspiration only.
Q: If we provide an image of exactly what we want, can you reproduce that exact same item for cheaper?
A: Again, no. Do not price shop. It doesn’t feel good. It tells me you have no faith in our creative abilities, nor do you value us or our work.
Q: What happens if I decided to go in a different direction after I have signed the contract and submitted the deposit?
A: No hard feelings here. You can totally do that. I will terminate the contract; however, I will keep the deposit as stated in the contract.
Invitations
Q: Do you deliver to venues?
A: Yes and no. Currently, I am only offering delivery if the venue is within one hour of Trenton, New Jersey; however, it also depends on your venue’s location. In terms of a bottle seating chart or a lantern seating chart, I will provide an image of exactly how it should be set up. Promise I won’t leave you hanging!
Q: How do we exchange items like a mirror seating chart?
A: I do offer to meet clients within 45 minutes of my location to exchange.
Q: Do you have rentals available like mirrors?
A: No. I wish I could however I don’t have the capacity to store, delivery or pickup from locations. I will however purchase a mirror on behalf of the couple or they can provide one.
Q: If we provide an image of exactly what we want, can you reproduce that exact same item?
A: No. This is copying another designer’s work and we will not do that under any circumstances. We can use the image as ‘inspiration’ however we cannot reproduce the exact same thing. When it comes to loving something so much, I’m telling you right now nothing will satisfy you except that so you should order from that person!
