We specialize in mirrors and bottle/vase seating chart however our portfolio contains an array of seating charts and day of items. We can produce a variety of signage and day of pieces for all events. Like the bottle seating chart which is our specialty! We have worked with preserved magnolia leaves, acrylic, palm leaves, mirrors, wood, paper and even fabric. We are always excited when a client is ready to take the plunge and do something different!

Mirrors can be romantic and timeless with an ornate gold framed mirror or sleek and modern with a thin black frame. Such a versatile item and perfect for a seating chart! Mirrors are great for couples who are eco-friendly. Of course mirrors can be used for welcome signs, drink signs and any day of sign. This gives us an idea of when your wedding is, wedding location, who you are, what type of wedding you are having, what items you are interested in and what your budget is. You can even send me inspiration photos!
Once we receive your information via the contact form, we will contact you to set up a 30-minute phone call to get to know each other a little better and to discuss what day of items you are interested in, colors of your wedding, wedding vibe, etc. Couples can expect to invest $700+ for calligraphy and estimated cost of materials for seating charts only. Other day of items range in pricing. Please note travel mileage will be included.

After our discovery call, we will send you a link to view your estimated proposal of the cost for your day of items. The proposal will include a timeline of deadlines for us like when I need your final seating chart, proposed date for a design consultation call (if needed) and a delivery/exchange date. This proposal is subject to change and that is based on the final design. To proceed to the design phase, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit.
In regard to the timeline, we have cushioned in extra time for any issues that may occur, and it will keep us on track as well as responsible through the entire process. Please note that if you are late with responding or giving approval on something there is a potential for a delay in the process.
Once we have a signed contract and a deposit, we move into the sourcing and design phase. Sourcing means locating bottles, frames, mirrors or any other materials needed. To begin the design phase, we will need your final seating chart, menu selections, drinks selections, table numbers, etc. in a timely manner.
We will refer to the timeline previous determined in the proposal for when final wording is needed. Sourcing can take up to 2-3 months depending on what we are sourcing.
Designing can take up to 2-3 weeks.
After we have completed the design phase, we will provide you with proofs of your designs via email.
The proofs will be digital mockups of your day of pieces. Before we put pen to mirror or bottle, we need your approval on the digital mockup!
We are not responsible for any spelling errors so triple-check it!
Once proofs are approved; files will be sent to the printer if needed and calligraphy will be completed on selected material.
Calligraphy can take 1-2 weeks, where printing can take up to 3 weeks depending on printing process.
After production is completed, we will set up a date and time to exchange the items.
Final payment is required on that date if not already paid. Please note I only deliver to select venues and I do not do onsite set up or breakdowns; however, I will provide a detailed layout for a bottle seating chart.
