The Eloper

The Eloper suite is inspired by the non-traditional couple who just can’t wait to be married and chose to elope at an exciting destination. This suite embodies class, simplicity, modern, and moody with touches of calligraphy and unique font pairings. Anything but traditional!
 
Details: Gold foil letterpressed into Putty handmade paper with clean edges, suite pieces digitally printed on Mist and Snow White heavyweight cardstock, mailing envelope in Ultra Black with gold calligraphy, Ultra Black rsvp envelope and back of mailing envelope with gold foil letterpressed addresses, finished with vintage artwork printed on a vellum wrap and paired with a gold wax seal.

II. THE PROPOSAL

Once you select your suite design from the collection, we ask that you request a quote. We will create a quote based off of the suite design you have chosen and the customizations you are interested in. To learn more about the customization options please review our Collection Guide (Link). Phone consultations are available upon request.
 
Couples can expect to invest between $1,500-$5,000 for invitations. This allows room to include different printing methods, embellishments like envelope liners and wax seals and assembly. Stuffing, sealing and mailing is not included. Please keep in mind that from start to finish this process can take up to 18 weeks in total.

III. DESIGN

I. SELECTING & REQUESTING A QUOTE

After we have reviewed your request for a quote, we will send you a link to view your custom formal proposal of the cost for your selected suite design with your customizations. The proposal will include a timeline, design consultation date (if needed), delivery date, and a breakdown of all costs. To proceed to the design phase, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit.
In regard to the timeline, we have cushioned in extra time for any issues that may occur, and it will keep us on track as well as responsible through the entire process. Please note that if you are tardy with responding or giving approval on something there is a potential for a delay in the process.

II. THE PROCESS

Once we have a signed contract and a deposit, we move into the design stage. We will provide a link to the invitation information form where we ask you to provide names, wedding date, times of events, etc. Following submission of the invitation info form, we will most likely have a design consultation phone call where we will assist you in determining your color palette, review your customizations like envelope liner, vellum wrap, custom artwork, etc., any specific wording requests will be discussed and reviewing any of the info form.
 
Once we have determined we have all the info and details we need to complete your suite design we will begin the design stage. The design stage will take 6-8 weeks.

V. PRINTING

III. DESIGN

After we have completed the design phase, we will provide you with proofs of your wedding suite via email. The proofs will be digital mockups of your suite as a whole. We tend to give a few additional options of proposed designs and that’s what makes our design phase unique. 


Once we have determined the final design, you will receive a link to view your final invitation proof. Here is where you will review all the details of each piece and where you will spell check each card. We are not responsible for any spelling errors. Your signature is required to finalize approval and move on to printing and production. We will also order any other items needed to for assembly.

IV. PROOFING & APPROVAL

Printing, Production and Delivery: After we receive final approval, we will send print ready files to our trusted print companies. We don’t currently print anything in-house except for mailing labels. When we receive your final printed invitation pieces and all other items needed, we will move into assembly/production. 
 
Please keep in mind that printing and assembly/production process is 8-10 weeks for any suites from our Collection.
 
Finally, we have completed all steps, have packaged your suites and are ready to deliver them to you. If you are local, we can plan to exchange them otherwise they will be delivered by mail with tracking which will be provided via email.
